Shipping Policy
We ship merchandise to locations only in the United States until further notice. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the merchandise to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility for filing any claims for lost and/or damaged packages directly with the shipping carrier. No refund will be issued. Nicole Fashions, Corp. dba AAVANTE', will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay resulting from strikes or labor difficulties, riots, Acts of God, accidents, fires, transportation delays, inability to receive merchandise from usual sources or otherwise due to causes beyond Nicole Fashions, Corp. dba AAVANTE's reasonable control. All shipping of merchandise shall be postponed until resolved
Estimated Shipping/Arrival Dates
We ship all orders by standard service via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carrier. Delivery time is typically up to 3 - 15 business days. They are processed and shipped Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Most orders received before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed on that day excluding weekends or holidays and shipped within 1 - 10 days, depending on product availability or back order. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays (please allow for additional time during those periods). We will provide USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carrier's tracking number once your order has shipped.
Payment
All payments are due upon receipt of your order. If your payment method is declined or payment is not received, then items ordered will not be shipped.
Cancellation
Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any modifications or cancel the order. You may cancel an item up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Availability Of Stock
We may make changes regarding price, colors, sizes, and availability without prior notice. We may also without notice limit or refuse any order, product or quantity to any customer. Should we sell out temporarily of any item, we will notify you immediately by email and inform you of when the item will be available and mailed to you.
Sales Tax
We may be required by state law to collect tax for merchandise shipped to a state where we have a physical address and/or states that require taxes on merchandise purchased online. Vendors and/or retailers (only); purchasing merchandise at wholesale pricing are required to register and provide proof of business licenses and tax exempt status, including sales & use tax certificate of registration.
RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction with AAVANTE's™ products and services is our utmost concern. We strive and continue our efforts to earn your business every day. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
All returned products must meet the following conditions:

The original purchase invoice/packing slip enclosed with your return.

All garments must have the original hang tags unremoved.

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and a
resaleable product, unless defective when received by the customer.

Return of an Astro-Patch™ item, should be undamaged, unused, and unremoved from its original packaging; unless the product is defective when received by the customer.
Please inspect the Astro-Patch™ and other apparel products prior to removing their packaging and/or labeling; as AAVANTE'™ will not accept returns without this information included.
If your product is defective, you should forward an email to AAVANTE's™ customer service, requesting a Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA), along with a description and explanation regarding the product's defect or imperfection. Your return notice should include the following:

Description of the defect, if applicable; otherwise, please provide the reason for your return.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or debit card used for the original purchase price within 30 days of receiving your returned merchandise. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation notice, via email, or one will be sent to the physical address provided if no email is available. We regret that we cannot return any shipping and handling charges.
Please note, AAVANTE'™ reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above stated requirements. You are encouraged to insure and/or request from your carrier, a delivery confirmation notice for your protection; as AAVANTE'™ cannot be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
